Extended weed control

Canola stubble SoilActive technology provides extended control of broadleaf weeds for 21 days after application.

Advanced formulation

Man in science lab PrePass FLEX herbicide’s dry formulation disperses quickly and completely for easy mixing. As well, no extra surfactants or additives are required when mixing with glyphosate.

Time management

Sprayer in field With PrePass FLEX, you can manage your time easily by spraying in the spring or fall. Spray as soon as you finish harvest for a clean, efficient start next spring.

Crops

Use PrePass FLEX prior to the following cereal crops for excellent extended weed control so you can seed into clean fields.

    Water volume

    • Ground: 20-40 L/ac (5-10 US gal/ac)
    • 640 ac/case (80 ac/jug)
  • Application Timing

    When to apply

    Spring

    • Prior to seeding
    • No later than 48 hours after seeding

    Chemfallow

    • When weeds are actively growing, in 1- to 4-leaf stage

    Fall

    • From after harvest to freeze-up

    Rainfast

    • 30 minutes
    • When tank mixing – VP480, Vantage Plus™ MAX II and Roundup WeatherMAX all are rainfast in 30 minutes. If needed consult other glyphosate rainfast labelling.
  • Formulations
    Advanced dry formulation that disperses quickly and completely for easy mixing.
  • Packaging

    640-acre case consists of 8 x 80-acre (8 x 0.648kg case) jugs.

  • Crop Rotation
    • PrePass FLEX applied prior to August 1 can be seeded to winter wheat that fall or spring wheat, durum, barley, oats, canola and peas the following spring.
    • PrePass FLEX applied after August 1 can be seeded to winter wheat that fall or spring wheat, durum, barley and oats the following spring.
  • Mixing Instructions
    • Fill sprayer tank ½ full of water.
    • Start sprayer tank agitation.
    • Add the required amount of PrePass FLEX herbicide, continue agitation.
    • Add the required amount of glyphosate, continue agitation.
    • Fill the sprayer tank with sufficient water to spray 20-40 L/ac (5-10 US gal/ac).
  • Grazing
    • Livestock may be grazed on treated crops seven days following application.
    • PHI: Do not harvest the treated crop within 60 days after application.
  • Tank Mixes
    • VP480
    • Compatible with all forms of glyphosate
    • When mixed with glyphosate there is no need for extra surfactants or additives.
