Where we’re focusing our efforts

Engaging Communities

The communities where we do business are the heart of Corteva Agriscience. We strive to improve the quality of life in communities where our employees, customers, and channel partners live and work. Volunteering in community programs ensures thriving communities.

Enabling Youth

Ensuring progress for generations to come is the final part of our purpose as a company. Corteva Agriscience commits to supporting projects and programs that lead to educational achievement and development for youth to build a diverse agricultural workforce for the future.

Empowering Women

Agriculture around the world is dependent on women farmers—and yet, these women often do not get the support they need to achieve their full potential. Corteva Agriscience commits to ensuring women are upheld in a way that will lead to individual achievement and help bring prosperity to the communities where they live.

Our people make a difference close to home

Our Corteva Grows initiatives focus on science outreach, food security, green space and community success. Corteva Grows colleagues have the opportunity to share their time and talents to help meet these crucial needs.

Corteva Grows Science Outreach

Corteva Grows Science Outreach

Employees at our Calgary, Alberta office volunteer in classrooms throughout the city, teaching students about science and sharing their passion for agriculture. Students and teachers benefit from the program, gaining an understanding of the importance of agriculture innovation for our future.

Corteva Grows Food Security

Employees at our Lethbridge, Alberta research facility grew sweet corn at their home site and donated the crop to two local food banks: Lethbridge Food Bank and Interfaith Food Bank.

Corteva Grows Green Space

Our Wingham, Ontario production site employees are involved in the local “Carbon Footprint Initiative”, where member companies look at ways to be sustainable. This has led the site to plant a significant number of trees over the past few seasons.

Employees at the Lethbridge production facility donate toys to Big Brothers Big Sisters. The facility has also supported the Angel Tree Program (through Lethbridge Family Services), where employees shop for gifts and then donate them to ensure that no children go without gifts at Christmas.
