Business Resource Groups (BRGs)

We operate as one Corteva to build an engaged, unified workforce. Recognizing that our employees have broad and varied experiences and needs, we support a number of employee-led Business Resource Groups (BRGs) to help ensure success in embracing the similarities and differences of people, cultures and ideas. Each BRG is sponsored by a member of our executive leadership team who serves as champion of BRG initiatives, and helps to ensure their efforts have meaningful business impact.

BRGs positively impact employee engagement and strengthen our leadership pipeline by offering programs that focus on career development, networking, skill building, cultural awareness, and community outreach. They provide opportunities to connect colleagues in meaningful ways, giving BRG members and allies a forum to discuss their needs and provide feedback to management, while also serving as a source of support and mentorship.

Our BRGs are market-facing groups that allow us to capitalize on the knowledge of diverse cultures and markets to create customer-sensitive branding and product development, furthering enhancing business outcomes.

Many of our BRGs are expanding globally and currently include the following groups:

Disability Awareness Network (DAWN)

Empowering employees with disabilities to optimize their talents and achieve their goals.

Global African Heritage Alliance (GAHA)

Transforming our workplaces and communities into inclusive environments where individuals are valued for their talents and empowered to reach their potential.

Growing Asian Impact Network (GAIN)

Promoting professional development and cultural awareness with a strong focus on our Asian and Pacific Islander communities, helping to better connect with key customer groups.

Corteva Agriscience Latin Network (CLN)

Inspiring and providing people development, employee engagement and community involvement opportunities that enhance our diversity efforts, inspire our employees, strengthen the Latin communities we serve and drive business results.

Corteva Pride

Promoting Corteva as a great place to work by fostering an equitable and inclusive working environment where lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees, and their allies, feel a sense of community and opportunity.

Professional Learning Acceleration Network (PLAN)

Providing opportunities for networking, collaboration, and professional development to engage and inspire our young professionals and future leaders.

Corteva Veteran’s Network (CVN)

Empowering our employees to achieve their full potential and be advocates for the rights and respectful treatment of all veterans.

Women’s Inclusion Network (WIN)

Empowering and connecting women across Corteva to enable collaboration and leadership development to drive total business performance and establish a strong reputation as a great place to work for women.

Our Definition of Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity

We define diversity as the different features that make us who we are – seen and unseen. It’s the broad range of experiences, backgrounds, and other characteristics – such as race, gender, cultural heritage, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, physical/mental ability, age, religion or national origin, which are only a few dimensions of an individual’s diversity – that make us uniquely who we are.

Inclusion means creating a work environment where diversity is embraced and the ideas, perspectives, and contributions of all are recognized – ensuring each person has the opportunity to participate fully to achieve our purpose and embrace our values. Inclusion is interacting with people who are different from us, in ways that make them feel valued and included. It is a set of behaviors that encourages employees to feel valued for their unique qualities.

Equity is about fairness – fairness in the structures, processes, and decisions that drive power. It is about making sure policies, business practices, and decision-making processes are transparent and just for all.

These three elements combine to create a true sense of belonging – a feeling that occurs when each person feels able to bring their full self to work, contribute to their fullest potential, and thrive.
