Exhilarate™ herbicide provides Canadian farmers with unparalleled control for their wheat and barley crops.

CALGARY, AB, January 12, 2021 – Western Canadian wheat and barley farmers will now have another herbicide tool available in their fight against evasive weed infestations with the launch of Exhilarate™ herbicide.

As a dual mode-of-action herbicide, Exhilarate provides overlapping control on tough-to-kill weeds, including cleavers, hemp-nettle, and dandelion, while also helping to delay the onset of herbicide resistance.

“The introduction of Exhilarate herbicide means Canadian cereal farmers will have another reliable tool to help them manage hard-to-control weeds at a time when herbicide resistance continues to be an increasing concern,” said Kelly Bennett, Western Canada Herbicides Category Leader, Corteva Agriscience Canada.”

Exhilarate herbicide brings together the trusted power and performance of Paradigm™ herbicide, combined with MCPA Ester to deliver a complete broadleaf solution for wheat and barley farmers. With the inclusion of Arylex™ active and its flexible application window, farmers can spray on their terms, so they can “Just GO” on small or large weeds, in early or late crop staging, and even in cool or dry conditions.

The newest addition to the Corteva Agriscience crop protection portfolio, Exhilarate herbicide will give farmers a reliable solution to help them better manage risk and maximize their cereal crop yields.
