For 24 years, Breakfast Club of Canada has been working with communities and local partners to provide children with nutritious morning meals at school. The grant from Corteva Agriscience™ will be used to help create and support school nutrition programs with new kitchen equipment, leadership training, tools and food donations.

“Our organization believes in giving students an equal chance at success – one nutritious breakfast at a time. We help feed over 220,000 students every day in 1,643 schools across the country,” says Lisa Clowery, national corporate relations director at Breakfast Club of Canada. “When children receive proper nutrition at school, we see improvements in their behaviour, academic performance, social skills and self-confidence.”
