Raven Side Kick-Pro Direct Injection System

Description

The Sidekick Pro™ direct injection system can be utilized by N-Serve customers wanting to have a unit on their anhydrous application unit. It works very well in situations where a customer is using variable rate anhydrous. The Raven Sidekick Pro. The diagram below models the system in a sprayer configuration, the principle is the same in an anhydrous ammonia setup.

The Raven Sidekick Pro is available through most NH3 equipment providers. The Sidekick Pro™ direct injection system is available through anhydrous ammonia equipment providers. The cost for this system is highly variable and depends on what kind of rate control monitor the customer currently has.

Model 3008 Pump Dispensing System for N‑Serve

Description

The Model 3008 Dispensing System is a portable Pump and Metering System designed for injecting and blending N-Serve into Anhydrous Ammonia applicator and nurse tanks. The system dispenses USG or Liters in preset increments with automatic shut-off, and is complete with all fittings and hoses. The unit is a flexible two component system consisting of a Pumping Station and Pump Controller Station.

This flexible pump dispensing system has two components: a pumping station and a pump controller station.

Features

  • Portable pump and metering system that injects and blends N-Serve into your anhydrous applicator and nurse tank.
  • Dispenses in litres in pre-set increments with an automatic shut-off.
  • Comes complete with all fittings and hoses (a 2-inch Camlock will be able to be used instead of dip tubes).
  • Requires an AC power source to operate (if using a generator, a minimum of 6000 Watts is recommended).
  • Capacity of 18 litres per minute.
