Corteva Agriscience™ supports LEAF educational program

Education is key to breaking down misconceptions about agriculture and building trust with the wider public.

Corteva Agriscience™ partnered with Norwell District Secondary School in Palmerston, Ontario, to offset start-up costs for the school’s LEAF (Local, Environmental, Agriculture and Food) program.

The LEAF program's field to fork experience will include weekly field trips to local farms and agricultural businesses, where students can interact with farmers to build an understanding of how their food is grown and produced. Students will also have an opportunity to grow their own food in a greenhouse at the school.
